Odyssey Extreme 40

The bigger brother of the Odyssey Extreme 30 being taller but with the same footprint and used extensively in rally cars where greater amp/hour capacity is required. Originally developed to deliver the very high instantaneous power required to start aircraft engines this model is world renowned and offers the best performance to weight ratio of any battery.

Ideally suited to use in Rally Cars where the larger amp/hour capacity compensates for the current drain required for auxiliaries and where weight is less of an issue. This battery can be mounted at any attitude (inverted not recommended). As with all the batteries in the range the EX40 is maintenance free.
